Daljit is responsible for coordinating and developing ClinPhone’s global IT strategy and services in conjunction with overall business strategy. The IT group provides technical and operational management of IT services that underpin the business operations of the company, including 24/7/365 IVRS hosting services, client networking, infrastructure management and development, technical help desk and custom solutions.
Daljit is a chartered engineer and has worked with a broad range of companies in different industry sectors including PAREXEL, Conoco, EDS and Texas Instruments.
Prior to joining ClinPhone in 1999, Daljit held several IT management roles within a major multinational CRO at both operational and strategic levels with responsibility for introducing and developing the IT capabilities at the organization and SBU level. Daljit managed the UK IS group from 1991-1997 supporting the internal IT demands as a result of an IPO and post IPO growth. In response to the organization’s growth and demands on IT, Daljit formed and led an Architecture & Planning group between 1997-1999. He then spent two years within a dedicated SBU leading an International IT Application group responsible for enterprise applications used in clinical research.
Having two young girls at home means Daljit's time outside office is a fine balance between the three women in his life and the quest for continuous improvement in his recently acquired passion for golf.
