The Environment
ClinPhone recognizes that its day-to-day operations and activities have an effect on the environment. Where possible, we have introduced measures—such as recycling paper and purchasing consumables from environmentally-responsible sources—to improve and protect the environment.
To solidify our commitment, ClinPhone has implemented an Environmental Policy. As part of this Policy, ClinPhone proactively introduces measures to protect the environment and encourages and educates staff about best practices. While setting objectives to reduce environmental impact, we strive to meet, and wherever possible exceed, what’s required through legislation. In addition, ClinPhone aims to identify, monitor and reduce any negative impact the Company may have on the environment through a process of continuous improvement and assessment of our day-to-day business operations.
We take our role in protecting the environment very seriously and expectations have been set for the Company, as well as for employees. ClinPhone takes full responsibility for meeting the existing and future criteria in environmental legislation and also supplies the materials, provides advice, and establishes company procedures to support our commitment. Employees are strongly encouraged to support the Company in its endeavours and are asked to comply with the arrangements set forth in ClinPhone’s Environmental Policy.
Beyond our Environmental Policy, ClinPhone supports a number of external environmentally-friendly organizations around the globe and local offices support various local organizations related to the environment. We continually seek new ways of purchasing and disposing of equipment in the most environmentally-friendly manner possible, as well as to support charitable causes through the process, when possible.
