Paul Harrop
Senior V.P. of Human Resources
Paul has extensive international HR experience, covering Western Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining ClinPhone in 2005, Paul was a member of the European management team for a major US Energy Company. He also spent three years as European Director of Human Resources for a Clinical Research Organization.
During his career, which spans over 25 years, Paul has an established track record of developing and successfully conducting global HR strategies within 10 European countries and Asia Pacific. At ClinPhone, Paul is charged with establishing a strong relationship with all of the Company’s international offices to ensure timely and relevant communications within the company.
Paul holds an M.A. in Social Policy and Administration and is a Chartered Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He also has taken an Advanced Management Programme at I.N.S.E.A.D, France.
